How to use Soybean Seeds for sprouting:
Before sprouting, rinse thoroughly in fresh water then soak seeds for 5 hours. For best results sow seeds thinly. Germination time may vary with temperature.
Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoon of seeds
Temperature: 18 – 20oC
Water: 2-3 times daily
Ready to eat: After approximately 3 to 4 days
