When will my order be dispatched?

Our team endeavours to provide same day dispatch on all orders received before 10.00am if the products are currently in stock.

Please note: during times of very high demand we occasionally may not be able to dispatch all orders on the same day. If that occurs, we will ensure they are dispatched the following business day. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time to reach your address will depend on Australia Post delivery schedule to your area.

Authority to leave

We recommend that your parcel is signed for at the time of delivery. You can also request Australia Post leaves your parcel in a secure location at your delivery address - this will be at your own risk. Where the address is unattended, a note will be left indicating pickup details at a nearby Post Office.

Goods picked up at the Post Office will still need to be signed for, by anyone who can provide proof that they live at the delivery address, or are authorised to do so.

Delivery Times

WELL I AM uses Australia Post as our delivery partner. Your estimated delivery time will depend on your delivery address and how far away it is from our Shop.

If no-one is available to accept the delivery, the parcel will be left if there is a safe place to do so. If no safe spot is available to leave the parcel, such as is the case with many apartment blocks, your parcel will be taken to the local Post Office for pickup.

You should receive an email or a delivery note in your mail box from Australia Post to let you know which Post Office you can collect your parcel from. If you include your mobile number at the checkout, you may also receive delivery updates via SMS as well as email.

Out of Stock Items

Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
