A.Vogel BioSnacky Wheat Sprouting Seed 100g


A.Vogel’s organic seeds grow into nutritious wheat sprouts in just 2 to 3 days. The sprouts have a subtly sweet taste and a fresh crunch that makes them great in salads, breakfast bowls, vegetarian desserts and other light dishes. They’re also a great source of balanced natural nutrition containing significant amounts of pantothenic acid, calcium, iodine, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulphur, zinc, and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, C and E. Let them grow a little longer on a sunny shelf and they’ll turn into bright green shoots of wheatgrass!

How to use Wheat Seeds for sprouting:

Before sprouting, rinse Wheat seeds thoroughly in fresh water then soak for a minimum 12 hours, maximum 18 hours.

For best results sow seeds thinly.

Amount per tray / jar: 3 tablespoons of seeds

Temperature: 18 – 22oC

Water: Twice daily

Ready to eat: After approximately 2 to 3 days
