We take the finest, organic whole grains and apply a technique often referred to as gun-puffing.The whole grain is heated in a pressure vessel and when the pressure vessel opens, the sudden drop in pressure causes the grain to puff. The puffed grain is then screened to remove any broken or unpuffed grains and then packaged.
Good Morning Organic Cereals Amaranth Puffs has traditionally grown in South America. It is a very small grain Amaranth was a staple food of the Aztecs. Amaranth contains a variety of minerals including protein and calcium. The grains also contain lysine, an amino acid that other grains tend to lack in making it a complete protein source. Thanks to its taste, nutritional content and versatility in the kitchen. No artificial colours, preservatives or flavours.
