It is a highly nutritious substance containing several vitamins plus 18 amino acids, and other dietary factors such as muco-polysaccharides that have been found to be nutritionally beneficial to the digestive and intestinal tract due to their soothing  effects.

DIRECTIONS Adults: For general well-being, drink 20mL (2 dessertspoons) daily. For optimum results, drink 40mL twice daily.

Children 6-12 years: Drink 10mL (1 dessertspoon) daily on its own or mixed with juice.

CAUTIONS Aloe vera is best taken on an empty stomach. Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days of opening.
